Cui Xiaotong

Cui Xiaotong (born November 21, 1994 ) is a Chinese rower .

Athletic career

Cui Xiaotong won with the four without coxswain at the Junior World Championships 2012 . At the 2014 World Championships in Amsterdam, she won the bronze medal behind the boats from the United States and Canada with the Chinese eighth . A year later at the 2015 World Championships , the Chinese eighth finished ninth and thus missed the direct Olympic qualification for 2016. In the spring of 2016, the boat reached the finish line as the fourth boat in the last qualifying regatta, the first three were allowed to go after the disqualification of the Russian boat Olympic regatta in Rio de Janeiro .

Cui Xiaotong achieved fourth place at the World Cup in Belgrade with the Chinese double quad in 2018 . After finishing second in Linz-Ottensheim and fourth in Lucerne, the Chinese double- scull rowed with Zhang Ling , Wang Yuwei , Lyu Yang and Cui Xiaoting to the A-final at the World Championships in Plovdiv and finished fourth, 0.43 seconds behind on the silver medal. At the start of the 2019 World Cup, only two double fours competed in Plovdiv. The Chinese Chen Yunxia , Zhang Ling, Lyu Yang and Cui Xiaotong won with one and a half seconds ahead of the Dutch women. At the second World Cup regatta in Poznan, five boats were at the start, the Chinese won ahead of the Poles and the Germans. At the World Championships in Linz-Ottensheim, the Chinese won ahead of the Poles and the Dutch, while the Germans took fourth place.
