Curling World Cup 2018/19
The Curling World Cup 2018/19 is the first edition of the newly introduced 2018 Curling World Cup . It will be held from September 2018 to May 2019 with a series of four tournaments for women, men and mixed doubles teams.
qualification
Tournaments 1, 2 and 3
Eight nations are each qualified for the first three tournaments. The World Curling Federation nominates two nations per tournament. The three host countries as well as the highest ranked nation from Europe, America and Pacific-Asia are also qualified. Which team plays is determined by the national associations. You can send the same team to all three tournaments, but you don't have to.

Final tournament
The host China, the winners of the first three tournaments, the reigning world champion, a specially invited team and the two best-placed teams in the World Cup rankings after the winners are qualified for the final tournament (Grand Final). If the same team of a nation wins more than one tournament, it receives a starting place, the further place or places are allocated according to the World Cup ranking list. If different teams from a nation win more than one tournament, they are each also qualified for the Grand Final.

The first tournament ( First Leg ) took place from September 12 to 16, 2018 at the Suzhou Sports Center in Suzhou , People's Republic of China .
