The 23rd GDR tour took place from August 3rd to 8th, 1975 . It led over 899 km with seven stages . As in the previous year, Hans-Joachim Hartnick won this tour .

89 drivers from five countries took part in the 23rd tour. In addition to the drivers from the GDR, guests from Belgium , the ČSSR , the Netherlands and Switzerland could be welcomed.

• GDR I: 76 - Karl-Dietrich Diers , 77 - Bernd Drogan , 78 - Hans-Joachim Hartnick , 79 - Rainer Salan and 80 - Michael Schiffner ; Salan replaced the sick Gerhard Lauke
