The 2017/18 season of the Lower Saxony Oberliga was the 71st season of the Lower Saxony Football League and the tenth as the fifth-highest division in Germany. It started on August 11, 2017 and ended on May 19, 2018.

Season course

Champion was Lupo Martini Wolfsburg with the better goal difference compared to VfL Oldenburg . While the Wolfsburg directly rose to the Regionalliga Nord, the Oldenburg team made it through the promotion round. The relegation places were occupied by MTV Eintracht Celle , SVG Göttingen 07 and TuS Sulingen . The top scorer was Sascha Wald from SC Spelle-Venhaus with 28 goals.
