Football at the Juegos Bolivarianos
At the Juegos Bolivarianos ( English : Bolivarian Games), football isone of the sports that have been part of the games program since 1938. Participants are selected teams from the countries organizedin ODEBO . The men's senior teams only started in 1938. As a result, amateur and junior and from 1993 U17 teams competed. The tournament is currently held every four years. Since 2005 there has also been a women's soccer tournament, the first two of which were also played by senior national teams.
