The 20th Giro d'Italia took place from May 14th to June 5th, 1932.

The bike race consisted of 13 stages with a total length of 3,225 kilometers, starting in Messina . 65 of the 119 participants reached the finish. Hermann Buse from Berlin won the 2nd stage from Vicenza to Udine and was wearing the pink jersey for five days. Antonio Pesenti won the Giro with an 11'09 "lead over Jeff Demuysere .

Team Legnano won the team competition.
