The 22nd Giro d'Italia took place from May 19 to June 10, 1934.

The bike race consisted of 17 stages with a total length of 3,706 kilometers. 51 of 97 participants reached the finish. The five-time giro winner Alfreda Binda gave up on the 6th stage. The "human locomotive" Learco Guerra won the Giro ahead of Francesco Camusso . Team Gloria won the team competition. Remo Bertoni won the mountain classification .
