The 23rd Giro d'Italia took place from May 18 to June 9, 1935.

The bike race consisted of 18 stages with a total length of 3,577 kilometers. 62 of 102 participants reached the finish line. Vasco Bergamaschi won the Giro ahead of Giuseppe Martano . Team Frejus won the team competition. The mountain classification was won by the later three-time giro winner Gino Bartali ahead of Remo Bertoni .
