The legend of the werewolf belt

One man in Ehlen was said to be a werewolf. Some men wanted to investigate and examined the family home. They did not find the werewolf, but found barrels of meat that he had collected in the basement of the house. One of the children explained that the father could fly if he tied a strap on. Curious, one of the men put on the said strap. Immediately he flew out through the front door and was gone. It wasn't until four weeks later that he was found dead in the forest.
