Handball Regional League West 2007/08

The 2007/2008 season of the men 's regional handball league was the 37th in its history. 16 teams played for the West German championship. The leader of the table after the 30th matchday was automatically West German champions 2008. Leichlinger TV achieved this with 44:16 points.

Due to the relegation of TuS Spenge (north) and TV Korschenbroich (south) from the 2nd national leagues , there was an increased decline in the regional league. Four teams were relegated to the upper leagues: SG Schalksmühle-Halver (Westphalia), TuS 82 Opladen (Middle Rhine), Borussia Mönchengladbach (Middle Rhine) and HSG Augustdorf / Hövelhof (Westphalia).
