Hans Walter (born August 9, 1889 , † January 14, 1967 ) was a Swiss rower and two-time Olympic champion .
At the 1920 Summer Olympics in Antwerp , he won the gold medal in a four with helmsman. In eighth, the Swiss team was eliminated in the first round.
At the 1924 Summer Olympics in Paris , he again won the gold medal in the four with a helmsman and in the four without a helmsman, the Swiss also won the bronze medal behind Great Britain and Canada.
Walter was a member of the rowing section of the Grasshopper Club Zurich .
