The Hansol Korea Open 2010 was the 7th edition of the women's tennis tournament in Seoul . The hard court tournament in the International category was part of the WTA Tour 2010 and took place at the same time as the Tashkent Open 2010 in Uzbekistan from September 18 to 26.

The defending champions were Kimiko Date-Krumm in singles and the pairing Chan Yung-jan / Abigail Spears in doubles.

Alissa Kleibanowa won the singles final against Klára Zakopalová 6: 1, 6: 3 and in doubles the pairing Julia Görges / Polona Hercog defeated Natalie Grandin and Vladimíra Uhlířová 6: 3, 6: 4 in the final .
