The Korea Open Tennis 2016 was a tennis tournament as part of the WTA Tour 2016 , which took place in Seoul from September 19 to 24 . The international hard court tournament was held in parallel to the Toray Pan Pacific Open 2016 in Tokyo and the Guangzhou International Women's Open 2016 .
