The Porsche Tennis Grand Prix 2010 was the 5th edition of the tennis clay court tournament for women in Stuttgart . It was part of the 2010 WTA Tour as a premier category tournament . The tournament took place from April 26th to May 2nd, 2010.

The defending champion in the singles was Svetlana Kuznetsova and in the doubles Bethanie Mattek-Sands and Nadja Petrowa .

Justine Henin won the singles and Gisela Dulko / Flavia Pennetta in doubles .
