The Collector Swedish Open Women 2010 was the second edition of the women's tennis tournament in Båstad . The international clay court tournament was part of the WTA Tour 2010 and took place parallel to the GDF SUEZ Grand Prix from July 5th to 10th, 2010.

The defending champions were María José Martínez Sánchez in singles and Gisela Dulko / Flavia Pennetta in doubles .

Aravane Rezaï won the singles final against Gisela Dulko 6: 3, 4: 6 and 6: 4. In the double final, Gisela Dulko and Flavia Pennetta won against the duo Renata Voráčová / Barbora Záhlavová-Strýcová 7: 6 0 and 6: 0.
