The 2010 Toray Pan Pacific Open was the 35th edition of the women's tennis tournament in Tokyo . The Premier 5 hard court tournament was part of the WTA Tour 2010 and took place from September 24th to October 2nd, 2010.

The defending champions were Marija Sharapova in singles and the pairing Alissa Kleibanowa / Francesca Schiavone in doubles.

This time Caroline Wozniacki won the singles final against Jelena Dementjewa with 1: 6, 6: 2 and 6: 3 and in the double final Iveta Benešová and Barbora Záhlavová-Strýcová defeated the pairing Shahar Peer / Peng Shuai with 6: 4, 4: 6 and [10: 8].
