The Western & Southern Financial Group Women's Open 2010 was a hard court tennis tournament in Mason, near Cincinnati , which was part of the WTA Tour 2010 as a Premier 5 category tournament and was played from August 9 to 15, 2010.

The defending champion in singles was Jelena Janković and in doubles Cara Black and Liezel Huber . In the women's singles Kim Clijsters won the final with 2: 6, 7: 6 4 , 6: 2 against Marija Sharapova and in the doubles the pairing Wiktoryja Asaranka / Marija Kirilenko with 7: 6 4 , 7: 6 8 against Lisa Raymond / Rennae Stubbs .
