The Banka Koper Slovenia Open 2010 was the sixth edition of the tennis hard court tournament for women. As a tournament in the international category , it was part of the WTA Tour 2010 . It took place together with the Gastein Ladies from July 19 to 25, 2010 in Portorož .

Defending champion in singles was Dinara Safina and in doubles Julia Görges / Vladimíra Uhlířová . In the singles Anna Tschakwetadze won against Johanna Larsson 6: 1, 6: 2 and in the doubles Marija Kondratjewa / Vladimíra Uhlířová against Anna Tschakwetadze / Marina Eraković 6: 4, 2: 6, [10: 7].
