The Generali Ladies Linz 2010 was the 20th edition of the indoor hard court tournament in Linz . The tournament in the International category was part of the WTA Tour 2010 and took place at the same time as the HP Japan Women's Open Tennis 2010 in Osaka from October 11th to 17th.

The defending champions were Yanina Wickmayer in singles and the pairing Anna-Lena Grönefeld / Katarina Srebotnik in doubles.

The single final won this time Ana Ivanović with 6: 1, 6: 2 against Schnyder and doubles defeated Renata Voráčová and Barbora Zahlavova-Strycova in the final Květa Peschke and Katarina Srebotnik 7: 5, 7: 6 6 .
