The Upper Austria Ladies Linz 2019 was a women's tennis tournament in Linz . The hard court tournament in the International category was part of the WTA Tour 2019 and took place from October 7th to 13th, 2019.

The defending champions were Camila Giorgi in singles and the pairing Kirsten Flipkens / Johanna Larsson in doubles. The 15-year-old Cori Gauff won the tournament as a lucky loser and thus celebrated her first title on the WTA tour. This makes her the youngest tour winner since Nicole Vaidišová won in Vancouver in 2004.
