The ECM Prague Open 2010 was the 12th edition of the tennis clay court tournament for women in Prague . It was part of the WTA Tour 2010 as a tournament in the International category . The tournament took place together with the XXIII Internazionali Femminili di Palermo SNAI OPEN 2010 from July 12th to 18th, 2010.

Defending champion in singles was Sybille Bammer and in doubles Aljona Bondarenko / Kateryna Bondarenko .

In the singles Ágnes Szávay won against Barbora Záhlavová-Strýcová 6: 2, 1: 6, 6: 2 and in the doubles Timea Bacsinszky / Tathiana Garbin against Monica Niculescu / Ágnes Szávay 7: 5, 7: 6 4 .
