The XXIII Internazionali Femminili di Palermo SNAI OPEN 2010 was the 21st edition of the tennis clay court tournament for women in Palermo . It was part of the WTA Tour 2010 as a tournament in the International category . The tournament took place together with the ECM Prague Open 2010 from July 10th to 18th, 2010.

The defending champion was Flavia Pennetta in singles and Nuria Llagostera Vives / María José Martínez Sánchez in doubles .

In the singles Kaia Kanepi won against Flavia Pennetta 6: 4, 6: 3 and in the doubles Alberta Brianti / Sara Errani against Jill Craybas / Julia Görges 6: 4, 6: 1.
