In the singles Justine Henin won against Tatiana Golovin with 2: 6, 6: 1 and 6: 2. In doubles, the pairing Květa Peschke and Rennae Stubbs won with 6 5 : 7 and 7: 6 4 and 10: 2 against Chan Yung-jan and Dinara Safina .
