I league (chess) 1995
The I league (chess) 1995 was the 24th edition of the I league and the 51st Polish team championship in chess . Polish team champion was for the third time in a row ZKS Stilon Gorzów Wielkopolski. PTSz Płock, KSz Maraton Warszawa and KSz Pribo Hańcza Suwałki were promoted from the II league in the previous year. All three newcomers achieved relegation, while KS Górnik Zabrze, KS Miedź Legnica and KS Śląsk Świętochłowice were relegated.

mode
The twelve teams played a simple round-robin tournament on six boards, with a woman standing on the sixth board. The last three were relegated to the II league and were replaced by the top three in the II league. The number of points on the board (one point for a win, half a point for a draw, no point for a defeat), then the number of team points (two points for a win, one point for a draw, no point) decided the placement for defeat).

The tournament was played in Lubniewice from September 14th to 26th .
