The JP Morgan Tournament of Champions 2015 took place January 16-23, 2015 at Grand Central Station in New York City , United States . The men's squash tournament was part of the PSA World Tour 2014/15 and belonged to the PSA World Series category . The women's squash tournament was part of the WSA World Tour 2014/15 and belonged to the Gold 50 category .

Defending champion for men was Amr Shabana , for women Nicol David . In the men's competition, the top seed Mohamed Elshorbagy won the final against Nick Matthew with 5:11, 11: 9, 11: 8 and 12:10. In the women's finals, Raneem El Weleily defeated Alison Waters 9:11, 12:10, 11: 4 and 11: 4.

The field of participants in the men's competition consisted of 32 players, eight of which were starting places for qualifiers. 16 players competed in the women's competition, four of which were starting places for qualifiers. Per Wildcard got Todd Harrity a spot in the main draw for the men.

Prize money and world ranking points

At the tournament, the following prize money and world ranking points were paid out or credited for reaching the respective round. Players who entered the main field from qualification received the specified qualification points in addition to those for reaching the respective round. Otherwise the amounts are not to be understood as cumulative. The total prize pool was $ 150,000 for the men and $ 118,000 for the women.
