The canton of Dinan-Ouest was a French canton in the Arrondissement Dinan , in the Département Côtes-d'Armor and in the region of Brittany until 2015 ; its main town was Dinan . André Calistri ( PS ) was the representative in the General Council of the Département from 2004 to 2015 .
