The canton of Ploubalay was a French canton in the Arrondissement Dinan , in the Département Côtes-d'Armor and in the region of Brittany until 2015 ; its main town was Ploubalay . The last representative in the General Council of the Département was Charles Josselin ( PS ) from 1973 to 2015 .
