Kytmanowo ( Russian Кытманово ) is a village (selo) in the Altai region ( Russia ) with 3873 inhabitants (as of October 14, 2010).
geography
The place is good 110 km in a straight line east of the regional administration center Barnaul on the left bank of the right Whether -Nebenflusses Chumysh River .
Kytmanowo is the administrative center of the Rajons Kytmanowski and seat of the rural community Kytmanowski selsowet, belong to the next to the village Kytmanowo nor the villages Jassaschino, Kurja, Petruschicha, Sosnovy Log, Staraya Taraba and Ulus-Taraba.

The village was founded in 1763 and became the center of a Rajon in 1937.

Kytmanowo is on the regional road R367, which branches off the Altai- Kuzbass trunk road near Salessowo and runs through the north-eastern part of the region via the Rajon centers of Sarinsk , Kytmanowo and Togul to Martynowo on the R366 Biysk - Novokuznetsk .
