The men's 50 km walk at the 1958 European Athletics Championships was held on the streets of Stockholm on August 22, 1958 .

European champion was the Soviet Olympic runner-up in 1956 Yevgeny Maskinskow . He won ahead of the Italian Abdon Pamich . Bronze went to the GDR walker Max Weber .
