The women's 10 km walk at the 1993 World Athletics Championships was held on August 24, 1993 in the streets of the German city ​​of Stuttgart .

The Finnish World Cup third in 1991 Sari Essayah became world champion . She won Ileana Salvador before the Italian European Championship third in 1990 . Bronze went to the Spaniard Encarna Granados .
