List of Cisalpino train stations
This list includes all stations served by Cisalpino AG trains. The information relates to the connections per direction.
There were a total of six lines. The lines marked with CIS were driven with Pendolino tilting trains ETR 470 or ETR 610 , those marked with EC were driven with conventional train material.

- Remarks
- Cisalpino tilting trains ran in Switzerland between 1998 and 2009 (since then they have been owned by SBB and Trenitalia ); Between 2005 and 2009 all cross-border conventional trains from Cisalpino were also run as Eurocity .
- Between 2008 and September 2009, conventional trains ran between Geneva and Italy instead of tilting trains.
- From 2007, all Cisalpino trains on the Lötschberg axis ran via the base tunnel, which stopped in Frutigen, Kandersteg and Goppenstein.
- In the railway station Visp not only held the Cisalpino from Basel, those from Geneva.
- The intercity trains Biasca / Bellinzona – Milan, also operated by Cisalpino, are listed under line EC3
