Malvasia di Casorzo d'Asti
Malvasia di Casorzo d'Asti is the name of an Italian wine-growing region near the municipality of Casorzo , Asti Province , Piedmont . The vineyards are located in the municipalities of Casorzo, Vignale Monferrato , Altavilla Monferrato , Ottiglio , Grazzano Badoglio and Olivola . A total of 72 winemakers work the 49.2 hectares of approved vineyards and produce sweet dessert wines from the Malvasia di Casorzo grape varieties (at least 90%) as well as Freisa and / or Grignolino and / or Barbera .
