The Mouratoglou Open 2019 was a tennis tournament that took place in Biot from April 1st to 7th, 2019 . It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2019 and was played outdoors on sand.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 48 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The 16 seeded players in the singles received a bye in the first round.

On April 1, 2019, Lorenzo Musetti won in three sets against Karim-Mohamed Maamoun in the first round . He became the first player born in 2002 to win a match in a Challenger tournament. Musetti had won the junior competition of the Australian Open in January 2019 and started the tournament with a wildcard. In the second round he was eliminated by Alexei Popyrin .
