NGC 1150 is a lenticular galaxy of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Eridanus in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 397 million light years from the Milky Way and about 105,000 light years across. Presumably it forms a bound galaxy pair with NGC 1151 .

In the same area of ​​the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 1157 , NGC 1158 , IC 276 , IC 1866 .

The object was discovered by Francis Leavenworth on December 31, 1885 .
