NGC 632 is a lenticular galaxy with a high rate of star formation of the Hubble type S0 in the constellation Pisces on the ecliptic . It is estimated to be 145 million light years from the Milky Way and about 40,000 light years in diameter. Together with four other galaxies, it forms the NGC 645 group ( LGG 28 ).
In the same area of the sky are u. a. the galaxies NGC 631 and NGC 645 .

The Type Ia / P supernova SN 1998es was observed here.

The object was discovered on September 24, 1830 by the British astronomer John Herschel .
