The National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh ( Armenian Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն Ազգային Ժողով Lernajin Gharabaghi Hanrapetutjun Asgajin Schoghow ) is the unicameral - Parliament of the internationally unrecognized Republic of Artsakh and its highest legislative body . It has 33 members who are elected for a term of five years, 16 of them (before 2010 only 11) are elected for one seat in a constituency , the remaining seats are elected according to party lists according to proportional representation.
Its powers are defined in Chapter IV of the Constitution of the Republic of Artsakh .
