With the IX. At the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam , 13 wrestling competitions were held, seven of which were freestyle and six in Greco-Roman style. The venue was the Krachtsportgebouw , a temporary hall built by Jan Wills next to the Olympic Stadium .
