Raffaele De Rosa (born January 2, 1973 in Bellinzona , resident in Riviera TI ) is a Swiss economist , politician , Ticino Grand Councilor and State Councilor of the Christian Democratic People's Party (CVP).

Career

After completing his studies in economics, he received his doctorate in economics from the University of Freiburg in 2000 and graduated in the same year from the University of Neuchâtel with a postgraduate degree in statistics and mathematics. Its political activity began in 2000 as a councilor in the municipality of Lodrino. In 2017 he was appointed Mayor of the Municipality of Riviera .

As a member of the Democratic People's Party, he joined the Ticino Grand Council on May 5, 2003. He is Mayor of Riviera TI. Doctorate in Economics, since 2011 he has been Director of the Regional Authority for the Development of Bellinzona and Valleys (ERS-BV). On April 7, 2019, he was elected as Ticino State Council. He is married and has two children. He lives in Lodrino TI .
