The San Marino national basketball team represents San Marino in men's international basketball games, such as international tournaments and friendly matches.

The team has not yet qualified for the Olympic Games, World Championships or European Championships.

The San Marino national basketball team has been a member of FIBA Europe since 1969 and has so far only participated in competitions that were introduced for small states. The team has taken part twelve times in the FIBA European Championships for small countries , taking third place twice, second place once and once, in 2002, the winner of the tournament. In addition, two bronze medals were won at the Games of the Small States of Europe .
