Slavhorod ( Ukrainian Славгород ; Russian Славгород Slavgorod ) is an urban-type settlement in the central Ukrainian Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with about 2200 inhabitants (2014).
The settlement is located in the south of Synelnykowe district on the border with Zaporizhia Oblast, 25 km south of Synelnykowe district center . For the same settlement council community still count the 6 villages Behma ( Бегма ⊙ ) with about 250 inhabitants, Nowoolexandriwske ( Новоолександрівське ⊙ ) with about 60 inhabitants, Nowoolexandropil ( Новоолександропіль ⊙ ) with about 60 inhabitants, Perschoswaniwka ( Першозванівка ⊙ ) with about 170 inhabitants, Poljowe ( Польове ⊙ ) with about 140 inhabitants and Turhenjewka ( Тургенєвка ⊙ ) with about 500 inhabitants.
The place emerged as a station settlement after the construction of a railway line which got a station here in 1873 with the name Slavgorod. Since 1938 the village has had the status of an urban-type settlement.
