Boschedariwka ( Ukrainian Божедарівка ; Russian Божедаровка Boschedarowka ) is an urban-type settlement in the Ukrainian Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with 2,750 inhabitants (2018)

history

The place was founded in 1881 in the course of the railway construction as a train station with the name Boschedariwka . Since 1937, the place has the status of an urban-type settlement, and in 1939 he received in honor of Nikolai A. Shchors , a Ukrainian military, the name Schtschorsk (Ukr. Щорськ ).

On August 1, 1941, Boschedariwka was occupied by Wehrmacht troops and liberated by the Red Army on October 30, 1943 .

On February 4, 2016, the settlement was renamed back to its original name.

Boschedariwka is located 2 km from the left bank of the Saksahan on the M 04 / E 50 highway in the northwest of the Krynichky Rajon, 75 km west of the Dnipro Oblast center . The district center of Krynichky is 35 km to the east and the town of Pyatychatky 35 km to the west of the village. The village has a train station on the Krywyj Rih – Jassynuwata railway on the Prydniprovska Salisnyzja .
