Suni (Sardinian: Sune ) is an Italian municipality ( comune ) in the province of Oristano with 1032 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in western Sardinia and borders directly on the provinces of Nuoro and Sassari . The Mediterranean coast is 5.5 kilometers west of Suni .

In the municipality, the Strada Statale 292 North Occidentale Sarda cross from Alghero to Massama near Oristano and the Strada Statale 129bis Trasversale Sarda from Orosei to Macomer . Suni had a stop on the Macomer – Bosa railway , which was abandoned.
