Ustronie is located in the northeast of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship on a country road that connects Gryżewo (Griesgirren , 1938 to 1945 Grieswalde) with Szarek (Zargen) . The place is not mentioned immediately after 1945, it is also not to be associated with a place with a German name that was settled before 1945 and seems to be a later foundation.
