The constituency 5 Gifhorn-Nord / Wolfsburg is a state electoral district in Lower Saxony . It includes the city of Wittingen , the municipality of Sassenburg and the joint municipalities of Boldecker Land , Brome , Hankensbüttel and Wesendorf in the Gifhorn district , as well as the Wolfsburg districts of Brackstedt , Velstove , Vorsfelde , Warmenau and Wendschott .

The constituency was newly formed for the state election in Lower Saxony in 2008 . In the electoral division that was valid in 2003, the Gifhorn-Nord constituency existed in Gifhorn with a different layout.
