Wakulchuk ( Ukrainian and Russian Вакуленчук ) is an urban-type settlement in the south of the Ukrainian Oblast Zhytomyr with around 2000 inhabitants (2015).

Founded in 1952 as garrison W. Korowynzi-2 of the Soviet Army ( В. Коровинці-2 , derived from Welyki Korowynzi ), the village received its current name in 1986 and the status of an urban-type settlement. Wakulchuk is the only settlement of the settlement council of the same name in the east of Tschudniw Rajon and is 16 km southeast of the Tschudniw Rajon center and 68 km southwest of Zhytomyr .
