Hujwa ( Ukrainian Гуйва ; Russian Гуйва Guiwa ) is an urban-type settlement in the south of the Ukrainian Oblast Zhytomyr with about 1,600 inhabitants (2019).

The village, founded in 1931, received urban-type settlement status in 1963. Hujwa belongs to the agglomeration of the city of Zhytomyr and is the administrative center of the settlement council of the same name within the district of Zhytomyr , to which the village of Oserne also belongs.

Hujwa is located on the banks of the Hujwa , a 97 km long tributary of the Teteriv and on the M 21 highway 7 km south of the city center of Zhytomyr.
