Walter Kröter
Walter Kröter (born June 22, 1917 in Halle ; † June 21, 1992 in Berlin ) was a German actor .
Life
Walter Kröter completed an apprenticeship as a painter and only took acting lessons from 1948 to 1950. During this time he was already involved in performances at the Halle State Theater, of which he was a member until 1961. Now he went to Berlin to the Maxim-Gorki-Theater, from which he moved to the Theater of Friendship in 1966 . For health reasons he then had to give up his job as much as possible from 1977. In addition to the over one hundred radio plays, he also worked in front of the cameras at DEFA and television.
Walter Kröter was married to the dramaturge Dolores Kröter (1930–2006).
