Ledegem is a Belgian municipality in the Flanders region with 9695 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019). It consists of the eponymous core town and the two districts of Rollegem-Kapelle and Sint-Eloois-Winkel .
Kortrijk is 9 km southeast, Roeselare 10 km north, Bruges 38 km north, Ghent 45 km northeast and Brussels about 85 km east.
The next motorway exits are at Menen on the A19 and at Wevelgem and Roeselare on the A17 . The nearest regional train stations are in
Menen, Izegem , Kortrijk and Roeselare , and national express trains stop in Bruges and Ghent. There is a regional airport near
the French city of Lille and an international airport near the capital Brussels.
