Werner von Binsfeld and Weiler (Wijlre; today district of Gulpen-Wittem ) († 1557 ) was Landdrost of the Duchy of Jülich and bailiff of Nideggen and Schönforst .

Werner von Binsfeld and Wylre was the son of Johannes von Binsfeld and Otta (Oda) von Bronckhorst zu Batenburg . In 1533 he built the manor house of Binsfeld Castle . In the middle of the 16th century he expanded the Binsfeld parish church into a hall church . As a star lord of the Aachen star guild, he belonged to the core of the Jülich council.
