Wouter Brouwer (born August 10, 1882 in Amsterdam ; † May 4, 1961 there ) was a Dutch fencer .

Wouter Brouwer was in 1923 in The Hague in the individual competition with the sword before Arie de Jong world champion . He took part in the Olympic Games three times : in 1920 he retired in Antwerp in the individual competitions with the foil and the saber in the first preliminary round, with the sword he reached the quarter-finals. In the team competition, he finished sixth with the foil team. Four years later he only appeared in the epee competitions in Paris and was eliminated both individually and with the team in the second round. At the Olympic Games in his hometown of Amsterdam in 1928 , Brouwer failed with the foil team in the quarterfinals.
